Terms of Service

1. What AKGflow is
AKGflow (“we”, “us”, “the Service”) is an AI creative studio that lets you generate videos, images, music, and voice narration from text prompts and reference media, using third-party AI generation providers (including Google Veo/Flow-based models and other integrated providers). Output is delivered as credits are consumed from your account balance.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the credit or referral system, or attempt to circumvent generation limits or fair-use restrictions.
3. Credits and generation
Credits are consumed when you submit a generation request that is accepted for processing. If a generation fails due to a platform, provider, or account issue, the credits deducted for that failed attempt are refunded to your balance. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable between accounts, and are not redeemable for currency except where a paid plan’s own refund terms apply (see our Refund Policy).
4. Acceptable use
You may not use AKGflow to generate content that is illegal, sexually exploitative of minors, intended to harass or defame a real person, infringes another party’s intellectual property, or violates the acceptable-use policies of the underlying AI providers we integrate with. We may refuse, remove, or refund any generation that violates this section, and may suspend accounts with repeated violations.
5. Content ownership
Subject to the underlying AI providers’ own licensing terms, you own the output you generate through AKGflow using your own prompts and reference media, provided your use complies with these Terms. You retain ownership of any reference images, characters, or brand assets you upload.
6. Payments
Paid plans and credit top-ups are currently processed via manual payment confirmation (bank transfer / receipt upload reviewed by our team) unless a different payment method is explicitly offered to you at checkout. Credits are granted once payment is verified. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
7. Referral program
If you participate in our referral program, rewards are governed by our Referral Terms, including eligibility, reward calculation, expiry, and anti-abuse rules. We may withhold or reverse referral rewards obtained through fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referral activity.
8. Service availability
AKGflow depends on third-party AI providers whose availability, pricing, and behavior are outside our control. We do our best to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific generation provider or model.
9. Limitation of liability
AKGflow is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including generation failures, delays, or content produced by third-party AI models.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will require you to re-accept before continuing to use the Service. Continued use after a non-material update constitutes acceptance.
