Referral Program Terms

1. How it works
Every AKGflow account gets a unique referral code and link. When someone creates an account using your link or code, they're attributed to you permanently — this cannot be changed or transferred later, by you, by them, or by us, except in a confirmed fraud case.
2. When you earn a reward
You earn a reward only when someone you referred completes a paid plan purchase or credit recharge that we approve. Free trials, unpaid or rejected payments, and zero-value transactions never earn a reward. The default reward rate is 7% of the credits they purchase; we may adjust this between 5% and 10%.
3. Recurring rewards
Unless we announce otherwise, you earn a reward on every qualifying purchase your referred user makes, not just their first — for as long as the referral program's recurring-reward setting is active.
4. Reward credits expire
Referral bonus credits expire 10 days after being awarded. Unused referral credits are automatically removed from your balance at expiry. Referral credits are spent before your regular paid credits whenever you generate, so you get the most value out of them before they expire.
5. Fraud and abuse
Self-referral (referring your own second account) is blocked automatically and earns nothing. We may investigate and reverse rewards obtained through fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive referral patterns, and may suspend accounts involved.
6. Refunds and chargebacks
If a payment that generated a referral reward is later refunded or reversed, any still-unspent portion of that reward is removed from the referrer's balance. Credits you already spent from that reward are not clawed back from you directly.
7. Program changes
We may change the reward rate, expiry period, or recurring-reward setting at any time. Changes apply to rewards granted after the change; already-granted rewards keep the rate they were awarded at.
