Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, and (for Google sign-in) your Google profile name/email/photo. When you use the Service, we store the prompts, reference images, and settings you submit, the generated output, credit usage, and payment records you create.
2. How we use it
We use this data to operate your account, process generations, maintain your media library, calculate credit balances, review payment receipts, provide support, detect fraud/abuse (including referral abuse), and send you account, billing, and generation-status notifications.
3. Third-party AI providers
To generate your videos, images, music, and voice output, your prompts and any reference media you upload are sent to the AI generation providers integrated with AKGflow. We do not control how those third parties process data beyond fulfilling your generation request, and their own terms may apply to the underlying models.
4. Storage
Generated media and uploaded reference assets are stored in encrypted cloud object storage, scoped to your account. We do not make your private generations or reference images visible to other users unless you explicitly use a sharing feature that is clearly marked as public.
5. Payment data
Payment confirmation is currently handled via manually reviewed receipts. We store the receipt image/data you submit, the amount, and the plan requested, solely to verify and process your payment. We do not store full card numbers or banking credentials.
6. Referral data
If you join via a referral link or refer others, we record the attribution link between accounts (who referred whom) and the resulting reward events, solely to operate the referral program described in our Referral Terms. Referred users’ identities are shown to the referrer in masked form only. We also set a short-lived cookie to attribute a referral through the Google sign-up flow.
7. Cookies and sessions
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and, where enabled, reCAPTCHA to prevent abuse of signup and generation endpoints. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
8. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or request account/data deletion by contacting us at the address below. We will retain records required for legal, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will require you to re-accept before continuing to use the Service.
